What time does the festival open? 

Gates open 30min before the first concert of the day.

Are tickets nominative?

No, only buyer details are asked when purchasing tickets. 

I bought a ticket for the festival but I can't attend it. How do I claim reimbursement? 

Tickets are not subject to any refund or exchange. 

What proof do I need to bring to get a reduced or preferential price?

- For students: a valid student card.

- Young people - 18 years old: id card.

- Beneficiary of the RSA: proof dated less than 3 months.

- Job seekers: proof dated less than 3 months.

- Subscribers of the cultural partner structures: the subscriber card

- CEZAM card holder:  CEZAM card

- CMF members: membership card.

- Equinox subscribers: subscriber card

Are seats numbered?

Seats are not numbered, seating will be free.

What are the different payment options on the festival?

Ticket office: Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, Cheque Culture, Chèque Vacances

Catering and bar: Credit Card, Cash, Cheque

Merch: Cash, Cheque

Cheque: id card will be requested

Cash: bills over 50euros are not accepted

In case of bad wheather, will I be wet?
